David Hutchinson

Board Chair

Since entering the executive search field in 1997, David has been passionate about helping purpose-driven organizations thrive by fostering connections with purpose-driven leaders. As the President & CEO of Hutchinson Group Inc, a consultant firm specializing in executive leadership and recruitment, David has successfully placed senior level candidates in the charitable sector for the past 20 years.

David’s involvement in the not-for-profit sector is extensive including Ontario Prayer Breakfast and Mission Aviation Fellowship of Canada. He is currently a member of the Network of Nonprofit Search Consultants and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (Toronto Chapter).

Sally Schroeder

Board Member

Sally Schroeder is a passion-driven girl born and brought up in Mumbai, India. At the age of 19 she co-founded and led a social enterprise that served trafficked women in red light areas of India. She moved to Canada in 2015 with the goal to learn more and serve better. She has worked and volunteered for multiple causes in India and Canada. She has a true heart for God and is honoured and blessed to have the opportunity to use her God-gifted talents to serve marginalized communities.

She holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from NMIMS University, India, an International MBA and a Post-graduate Diploma in Non-profit Leadership and Management from Schulich School of Business, York University, Canada. She currently works for Habitat for Humanity in Toronto as the Strategy Officer and Special Assistant to the CEO.

Diane Rundle

Board Member

After completing a degree in Administrative Studies and Economics at Western University, Diane began her professional Human Resources career in the telecommunications industry. Since then she has earned her CHRL designation, taught courses at the college level and provided consultancy services to small and medium-sized organizations. Currently, Diane is a Human Resources Manager for a company in the golf industry.

Diane has a heart for justice issues; she and her husband lead a refugee sponsorship team with others from her community. Past volunteer positions include board membership for a local summer camp, serving with Mosaic Interfaith Out of the Cold program, and leading children’s ministry programs at her local church.
