We ask the Lord of all knowledge to go before us. Help us to see through the plethora of technological advances only those particular developments that will support PFC in growing the ministry. We pray for wisdom to continually employ higher efficiencies in our work.

Lord, we know the children of those involved in the justice system are more susceptible to the risks of becoming involved in crime. We pray for your loving hands of protection over these little ones and ask you to break the statistic through the love extended by the local church across Canada.

Lord, we pray for every prisoner who has participated in a PFC Bible study whether presently or long in the past. We pray that the good Word planted in each one will break forth with new life, a renewal of faith, and fire for the authentic things of Your Kingdom.

We continue to pray that the Holy Spirit will give clear and concise dreams that lead prisoners to receive Jesus as Lord into their lives. Please draw them to the Scriptures and to learn about the Gospel. We stand against counterfeit visions or vain imaginations that do not come from the Spirit.

We pray that the paradox of royalty who serves others will be more deeply understood by the whole Canadian Christian church community. As we begin to take steps into this greater reality of the mission we've been given, may we see Jesus walking beside us as well as Jesus in the prisoner.

We continue to pray to understand the Biblical perspectives that change our minds about how we understand God, purpose, identity and calling in this world. We pray that both inside and outside of the prisons we would see a Canadian revival of authentic faith.

We pray for all the little scholars across Canada enjoying their final month of summer break. We pray for their education and understanding of the basics so that they are adequately prepared to take on the more challenging topics of faith in a sound and healthy way as they get older.

We pray that the children who attend camp this summer form deep bonds of friendship with other campers who they continue to stay in touch with long after camp. We pray that forty and fifty years from now, many of these children will still be able to say, "I met my best friend at camp!"

We ask the Lord to set apart and highlight to PFC five mature volunteer Bridgecare Line Operators who have the availability to field calls during the Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm work week. May these volunteers also be technologically adept for recording the calls using our PFC's portal system.

We pray that the social, economic, and political issues that lead police to target certain crimes over others would be addressed across Canada. We pray that Canada would be a place where our hearts are aligned with the Kingdom of God's understanding of justice in every sphere of society.

We continue to pray that this time away at camp will be such a blessing for prisoner parents to talk about with their children when they return from camp. We pray that their excitement and wonderful memories will be felt, and the bond between parent and child strengthened.

Lord, we pray that you will usher in new wave of access for PFC programs in institutions across Canada. We pray for access for Bridgecare Application Sign-Offs, access for the PFC By Phone federal program, access for in-prison volunteers to get cleared at provincial and federal institutions; access for ministry.

We pray that the Kingdom of God would release technological developments resources over institutions across Canada that give PFC new and innovative ways to connect with prisoners for programs. We pray for remote classroom access in isolated institutions.

We ask the Lord to especially bless those returning citizens who, from within the wide spectrum of meanings have been designated with the Sex Offender classification. Understanding the additional challenges that this title will pose to an already challenging process of reintegration, we ask for Your presence to be especially felt.

We pray that just as God promises to 'restore the years the locusts have eaten' that returning citizens would not have to worry about making up for lost finances. We instead pray for God's abundant provision for every need in the restorative journey of ex-prisoners.

We pray that the entire PFC community would so reflect the love and acceptance of God that prisoners who encounter volunteers on the phone line, in prison or in the community would feel as if they have encountered the very love of God. May our boast forever be that we reflected Him well.

We pray for the correctional staff across Canada and ask God to protect them, to provide for their every need, to find unique ways to encourage them, and to give them a sense of purpose in their work. May the Kingdom of God be demonstrated through people in positions of authority to all.

We pray for continued open doors at institutions that are supportive of awareness building around the issues of trauma, resilience, and  reconciliation. We pray that the Holy Spirit will continue to cultivate each member of our team to be a holy priesthood who both live and teach these things well and consistently.

We pray for God's blessing over all of our dedicated volunteers who so selflessly and sacrificially serve justice affected populations across Canada each week. We pray for God's continual encouragement and restoration of their lives as they seek to be the hands and feet of restoration to others.

We recognize that every person God brings to a missional ministry like PFC has a purpose in God's pruning and preparation that goes much deeper than simply the work that we do. We pray over each staff and volunteer and ask God to use these experiences to make us more like Jesus.

We lift up our faithful PFC By Phone volunteers who prepare themselves to field a variety of different questions and situations that could arise on a phone call from prisoners and ask the Lord to pour out wisdom in their service that no one can refute. We thank the Lord for the many in-prison graduates of PFC curriculum each year. We pray that the information turns into a revelation of Jesus for each prisoner that draws them deeper into their own studies of His Word. Reveal yourself on the pages of Scripture, Lord.

We ask the Lord to give our fundraising team discernment and understanding to reach untapped markets whose desire is to help the justice affected population. We pray for divine connections to supporters who are interested in the topics of crime, justice, and reconciliation on every level of impact.

We continue to ask the Holy Spirit to show up in our Canadian institutions as only He can. We pray that incarcerated men and women would be impacted by the truth of the Gospel in ways that lead to transformation. We ask the Lord to bring together all the parts that are lacking to strengthen PFC as a strong healthy body with Jesus as the head. We pray to continue to function effortlessly together as we labour, each part playing its crucial role, in ushering in God's kingdom on Earth.

We pray that more churches across Canada will recognize the call of God to serve Jesus the prisoner and rise up to take their rightful place in this ministry of reconciliation. We pray that ex-prisoners would be able to easily find a spiritual home in warm church communities.

We pray that prisoners, ex-prisoners, their families and children would have the opportunity to experience the Prince of peace and His peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray that having experienced God's peace, that we too would be peacemakers.
