ince entering the executive search field in 1997, David has been passionate about helping purpose-driven organizations thrive by fostering connections with purpose-driven leaders. As the President & CEO of Hutchinson Group Inc, a consultant firm specializing in executive leadership and recruitment, David has successfully placed senior level candidates in the charitable sector for the past 20 years.

David’s involvement in the not-for-profit sector is extensive including Ontario Prayer Breakfast and Mission Aviation Fellowship of Canada. He is currently a member of the Network of Nonprofit Search Consultants and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (Toronto Chapter).
