Lights That Shine

As we travel through the many neighbourhoods at this time of year, decorated with Christmas lights that shine brightest in the darkness, we pray that this symbolism will bring to mind a greater sense of identity, and an affirmation of the calling we have as children of God to be the light of the world in the dark places that need it most.
