• Prisoner Resources

We pray for ministries like Canadian Bible Society who help to provide Bibles for prisoners. May their every need be provided for so that prisoners can continue to have the resources they need to use their time away to grow deeper in their faith understanding. We pray that no prisoner will lack access to a Bible.

  • Chaplain Encouragement

We pray for chaplains across Canada. We know the commitment and endurance required to serve prisoners’ religious needs daily and pray that these dedicated chaplains find comfort by the Holy Spirit. We pray protection, strength, favour, and grace over each chaplain.

  • Intimacy with God

We pray for all the prisoners who have attended PFC’s Faith & Justice curriculum in the past years and pray that the teachings of Jesus lead to a deeper intimacy with God for each one of them. We pray that the Holy Spirit has firmly planted the word of life in each of them that […]

  • The Right Fit for The Job

As we continue to build up the ministry this coming year, we pray that the Lord would give us clarity and highlight the right people to us that will help to lay a strong foundation for the vision for PFC future developments. We pray that we can see in the many resumés, the person God has equipped and called […]

  • The Song of Breakthrough

We pray that more of our in-prison curriculum will begin (or end) with worship and praise and that prisoners will experience the breakthrough that comes from lifting up the Name of the Lord. We pray for opportunities for songs of the Spirit to break out in every place where the teachings about Jesus are advocated for […]

  • Social Media Communication

We thank the Lord for our National Programs Coordinator, Makkedah William, and ask the Lord to continue to lead her deeper in her faith and work, and to inspire creativity that helps to communicate the breadth of PFC ministry with the public through our various social media platforms.

  • Personal Development

We pray over all of our staff, volunteers and PFC community that the Holy Spirit will continue to cultivate what He began in us when He first called us and set us apart for this ministry. We pray to grow more effective as faith-leaders and that we will humble ourselves to the Lord’s pruning as […]

  • Church-Relations Development

We pray for many new introductions to new churches across Canada this year and ask the Lord to go before us and prepare the pathway for divine connections. We pray that the Lord will show favour to our regional staff in establishing and building great rapport with local churches across Canada.

  • Program Development

We thank the Lord for the effective ministry He has entrusted to PFC’s national community through PFC by Phone, Bridgecare, In-Prison, and Restorative Justice programs. We pray that the Lord will help us to continue to improve upon the processes of these programs to help them work within every institution’s context.

  • Financial Developments

We thank the Lord for sustaining us through the ebb and flow of being a charity fully supported by donor contributions for all of these years. We ask the Lord to continue to pour out His support for the vision He has given us for reconciliation and ask that no need for ministry growth will […]

  • Technological Developments

With the changing landscape of how technology has impacted the way we do things, we pray that we will continue to find inspiration that helps us to best utilize the latest technological advancements in our workflow and ministry. We pray for creative inspiration that never takes away, but rather supports, PFC’s relational style of ministry.

  • Dreams & Interpretations

We pray that the Holy Spirit continues to bring healing, hope, and encouragement to prisoners who are in hard-to-reach areas of institutions across Canada through dreams and a clear understanding of the interpretation of dreams. May the power of prophecy flow from prisoners across Canada.
