• Deeper Understanding

With all of the information now available at our fingertips, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to know where to start. We pray that the Holy Spirit would guide returning citizens to the right resources that adequately equip them to grow deeper in their understanding of the Holy One.

  • Churches That Pray

We thank the Lord for congregations who love you and their commitment to pray for prisoners, ex-prisoners, their families, and the victims of crime, along with all the other issues of justice at every level of government. May the Lord restore our judicial system into one that truly reflects the heart and structure for transformation.

  • A Heart for The Lost One

We pray that more churches across Canada would sense the move of the Holy Spirit and get involved with justice-affected individuals within their communities. We pray that churches would be known as healing places for ex-prisoners to find comfort, establish identity, and grow as disciples of Jesus as God gently leads them.

  • PFC By Phone

We pray that every caller who calls the PFC By Phone line would walk away encouraged, finding meaningful connections and prayers that uplift their soul. We pray that the light of this ministry of love toward prisoners would be deeply felt by every caller reminding them that they are never forgotten.

  • Deep Connections

We’re thankful that prisoners are connecting with PFC’s Faith & Justice curriculum; with Bridgecare mentors, and through the PFC By Phone program, but we ask the Holy Spirit to take each of these connection points to deeper places in the year ahead. We ask the Lord to etch out safe spaces for all of these […]

  • Family Supports

We pray and ask the Lord to help the hurting families of prisoners to find the full breadth of support necessary to assist them in navigating the difficulties of walking with an incarcerated  loved one. We ask the Lord to raise up supportive communities through the local church to surround the families of prisoners.

  • Hope Restored

Whether through the Scriptures, a spoken word of encouragement, or even a dream, we ask the Lord to plant a seed of the holy vision that Jesus has for every one of these incarcerated lives that stirs up their imaginations to see themselves as He sees them. We cry out for the restoration of hope.

  • Father to the Fatherless

We thank the Lord for the powerful waves of conversation He has inspired through discussions about the biblical parable of the prodigal son. We ask the Lord to meet every participant of this Faith & Justice series program exactly in the place where they are and draw them nearer to Himself.

  • Bridgecare Mentors

We thank the Lord for the edifying spiritual conversations that happen every day through Bridgecare mentorship connections and pray for the many men still waiting for male partnership teams across Ontario. We ask the Lord to impress upon mature Christians everywhere this very urgent need and ask Him to fill this gap.

  • PFC By Phone Connection

We ask the Lord to remove any barriers to prisoners connecting on calls with the crucial support of volunteer operators. We pray for new phone banks where they are needed. We pray for phone access in all the places where calls are being hindered by other inmates, and we ask the Lord to establish every […]

  • A Restoration of Love

We pray that above all things, that prisoners, ex-prisoners, and their families come to experience the love of God through the work of our faithful volunteer community in ways that help to shape their understanding of God’s love for them. May the Lord help our hearts unlearn the worldly constructs of love so that we […]

  • Kingdom Restoration

We thank the Lord for the deep and integral waves of restoration that we continually see flowing through our Sycamore Tree program that has been changing and transforming the lives of participants who are ready to take their faith to new levels of growth. We pray that the Holy Spirit surrounds each participant with His […]
