• Volunteer Clearance

    We continue to pray for PFC’s authority within institutions across Canada to increase and for the Lord to raise up mature and wise volunteers who can take up these positions as stable and secure representatives of the organization. Please help us support the work of our Chaplain partners in prison.

  • Blue Sky Thinking

    We pray for the Holy Spirit to inspire more groundbreaking innovations that helps to make volunteer access for PFC volunteers more fluid within the Canadian prison system. We pray that the work we have invested in equipping volunteers will be met with broken barriers to greater access.

  • Website Changes

    We thank the Lord for the meaningful work of our marketing team in transitioning our English and French website to a platform that allow for greater involvement in the upkeep of the pages. We pray that the Holy Spirit will inspire new ways in which we can benefit from this change in the months ahead.

  • In-Prison Openings

    We pray that the Holy Spirit will raise up and affirm an abundance of mature volunteers that help us to fill every open in-prison program slot across Canada. We pray that there will be no open program slots lacking a properly trained and ready-to-serve volunteer.

  • The Grace of A Comforter

    We pray that during this difficult season of incarceration for prisoners that the Holy Spirit will draw many near in a relational and experiential way. We pray that the prisoners all across Canada would experience the comforts of the Comforter that we too have had to learn to depend upon.

  • The Sycamore Tree (TST)

    We pray that participants of this round of TST would find their truths and work their way to freedom as they learn about taking responsibility as well as the impact to the victims of crime. We ask the Holy Spirit to stretch our understanding and self-awareness in wonderful ways.

  • Summer Jobs – Translator

    We pray that the Lord would direct us to the right candidate for our translator intern this summer and make clear to us the person He has set apart for this ministry. We pray that the work will be just as meaningful for them as it is valuable for us.

  • Female Bridgecare Volunteers

    We ask the Lord to raise up many mature and spirit-filled women of God who can walk with our growing Bridgecare women clients through their reintegration journey. We ask the Lord to help us find and equip partnered teams in every major city to serve returning citizens.

  • British Columbia Development

    We lift up the entire province of British Columbia and ask the Lord to establish PFC in a new way throughout this region. We pray that the Lord would raise up volunteer support, Angel Tree sponsors, church partners, program openings in institutions, and chaplain partnerships.

  • Creative Wisdom

    We ask the Holy Spirit to invigorate our marketing team with creative vision and wisdom for the year ahead. We ask for inspiration in design, in planning, in new ways to communicate the breadth of our work, in theming, in execution and in rest. May the creative wisdom of God flow through us.

  • Dreams & Visions

    We continue to pray for an outpouring of dreams and visions that reach into the hearts and minds of prisoners, ex-prisoners, and their families, and that helps them to find healing, restoration, and reconciliation. May the Spirit of God cut through the hard and difficult things as only He can.
